Stoere Ford Escort MK2 1100 GL 2dr uit juni 1975 met handgeschakelde 4 bak in GL uitvoering. Je moet er van houden, maar hij is omgetoverd naar A-team look.

Carrosserie is in redelijk goede staat, heeft in het verleden een paar kleine reparaties gehad en de onderkant van de deuren verdienen nog aandacht net als de wielranden achter en reservewielbak. Is niet heel vakkundig Matt zwart gespoten, dus verwacht geen show auto. 

Het interieur is redelijk netjes! Alleen de achterbank heeft wat droogte scheuren van de zon. 

De auto heeft ruim 20 jaar stil gestaan (binnen), hierbij zijn de originele papieren verloren geraakt, type plaatjes zijn beide nog aanwezig evenals een goedleesbaar VIN. Sleutels zijn er wel nog bij. Maar met een aankoop factuur is via de RDW de auto wel op kenteken te krijgen. Daarnaast heeft de techniek wel wat liefde nodig, vooral door het lange stilstaan. Maar het is vrij simpele en betrouwbare techniek dus kan weinig mee mis gaan. De motor draait rond met de hand, en zit niet vast.

Ideale basis voor de ombouw naar een rally of race auto.

Tough Ford Escort MK2 1100 GL 2dr from June 1975 with manual 4-speed gearbox in GL version. You have to love it, or you hate it, but it has been transformed into an A-team look.

Body is in reasonably good condition, has had a few minor repairs in the past and the bottom of the doors still require attention, as do the rear wheel rims and spare wheel well. It has not been painted Matt black very professionally, so don't expect a show car.

The interior is nice for the age! Only the back seat has some dry cracks from the sun.

The car has stood still (indoors) for over 20 years, the original papers have been lost, type plates are both still present as well as the original stamped VIN. The keys are still there. But with a purchase invoice, the car can be registered via the RDW. As it stood still for such a long time, it will need a big recommission.  But it is a fairly simple and reliable technology, so little can go wrong with it. The motor turns by hand, and is not stuck.
